I wanted a reason to post this video of me dancing on the mulch at Lapa stage at @envisionfestival 2023… you’re welcome ☺️

A few things I love about this moment:
-fully present in my body
-enjoying pleasure from my own movement and flow
-truly not giving a f*ck about what I looked like
-making love to the Earth 🌎 like the Queen she is

I needed a break, so I put “Embodiment Self-Retreat” in my calendar and blocked it off 🗓️

The summer was quite hectic for me and I have been in deep service mode to my clients and community.

I listened to my body and heart and answered the call for sacred rest and pleasure time.

I set intentional space for embodiment practices, creative inspiration and to simply get out of the city and into nature 🌲🌲🌲

Here’s a little glimpse into what I got into to fill my cup ☕️☕️☕️

1️⃣Enjoyed some morning meditation and kundalini breathwork whilst still waking up and trying to human. I’m still working on being a part of the 5 am club!

2️⃣Got into my @dance_alchemy_embodiment freestyle daily practice for 15 mins. I intended to post daily but I got social media burnt out the last few weeks so here’s some of my practice!

3️⃣ I was guided in a somatic coaching session by the amazing @papi.goddess … We revisited a shame wound and did some org@smic reclamation practices! THANK YOU for the absolutely royal space holding. 👑👑👑

4️⃣Me being a dancing basic Airbnb guest (even tho it’s my friends place) 😅

5️⃣ Cacao by the pond 🍫 💧 ❤️

😻The rest of my time was dedicated to pleasure and healing including…

✨tantric breathwork
✨jade egg
✨and s.ex magic!
I went a little ham and stacked some pleasure goodness and I am not mad about it!!

Is it solely for personal pleasure, someone else’s desires, or perhaps seeking validation and filling voids?

When you think about s.x…Is it shameful? Something to be hidden?

Depending on the context in which we grew up,
negative perceptions may have taken root. Leading us to relate to our s.xuality in such a way, consciously or unconsciously.

Sacred s.xuality is relating to this aspect of us as part of our wholeness, our being, spiritual and personal development, a place deserving of healing and a place of healing…
