This last season was filled with so much growth, h

This last season was filled with so much growth, healing, contraction AND expansion, in my work, my body, and my relationships. Here’s what’s lighting me up✨

1-I’ve been supporting clients across the globe to expand their pleasure, feel empowered in their s.xuality, and reconnect in their relationships. A major win has been supporting couples who thought intimacy was lost forever. After just a few sessions, they’re communicating with curiosity, confidence, and enjoying more dates and intimacy. Watching the🔥rekindle fills me up!💕

2-I’ve also been deepening my relationship with my own body, emotions, and s.xuality. This month, I carved out a lot of time to be fully present with myself, using the same tools I guide my clients through. I had a huge breakthrough in recognizing patterns that were ready to shift. Holding those parts has been tender, empowering. I feel renewed and ready to embrace what’s next 😊

3-My Erotic Upgrade group program is coming to life! The video modules are recorded, I’ve chosen a badass platform, and I’ve hired a VA to support me. The response to the early launch has been incredible, 10 women joining to shift their beliefs about s.x, heal emotional blocks & step into their erotic pleasure in a whole new way. Seeing the messages roll in from women ready to reclaim their power makes my heart sing 🙌

4-My relationship with my beloved has been growing stronger, exploring new ways to heal and connect together. We’ve been learning to navigate different seasons of life, with the support of an incredible somatic couples coach and a fantastic emotions-focused therapist. It’s been such a powerful journey to deepen trust, playfulness, and vulnerability. Relationships deserve to be tended to with care and this work has been so worth it ❤️

5-I’m counting down the days until I’m back in the Sacred Valley for the Sacred Goddess Retreat! Four amazing women I’ve had the honor of coaching have already signed up, and this year many of the women joining us are dear friends and soul sisters. Imagining the transformations and magic I’ll witness fills me with so much gratitude and excitement!

So much is unfolding, and I’m grateful for it all. 💜

Friendly reminder that all of life flows in seasons

There’s a season to be sad, ya know, “sad girl era” …. I personally love that era a lot, historically perhaps a little too much 🫠

There’s a season to be a hoe and let your freak flag fly, I also love this era🔥and I’m about to reclaim the terms hoe and slut as terms empowerment, check this: higher hoe and sacred slut 😊

There’s a season to hibernate and heal, goddess knows I spend a lot time here, because, as we know, the healing NEVER ends 🙃

There’s a seasons for transcending and expanding, I’m learning not to chase these times but let these cycles naturally unfold when ready

And a season to change and let go and say fuck this, nothing here is working anymore, bye, I’m here often just before this my moon time 🌕 when I contemplate leaving the country, selling all my stuff and living the rest of my life out in nature 🏕️

And fortunately, all keeps moving and I take the information from the seasons and become just a touch wiser, more resilient, more self-aware and hopefully less hard on myself for not always being in my ‘hot girl summer’ era

In fact someone asked me if I was pregnant yesterday… no, it’s a just a burger 🍔 🤣

Anyways, we’re complex, dynamic, multi-dimensional beings, having a full spectrum experience where no season is better or worse than the next ❄️☀️🍁🌺
